Hazard warning device for vehicle - has second switch for extra lights to increase intensity of brake lights

The warning device has a second braking switch in parallel with the vehicle's main braking switch and switches on hazard warning lights via a relay. The hazard warning lights are in addition to the normal braking lights and are intended to increase the light intensity to a level that reduces the likelihood of a following driver not seeing them (and therefore running into the back of the vehicle). The second switch is an inertial switch operating after the main switch or it may respond to the pressure in the braking system.
