PURPOSE:To enable to build up a minute constant current with high accuracy, by distributing the constant current formed with resistances into a plurality of transistors. CONSTITUTION:A load resistance R1 is connected to series diodes D1, D2 to form a forward constant voltage 2VF, which is applied to the base of transistors Q1, Q2 in common. Further, a resistance R2 forming a constant current taking the emitter of Q1, Q2 as common is provided. Further, the constant current formed with R2 is distributed into Q1 and Q2 to form minute constant current. |
