PURPOSE:To ensure to prevent the misreading of a process information and to increase the efficiency of machine operation, by comparing and analyzing input process information and stored process information and transmitting the process information correctly read in to the operating section. CONSTITUTION:The system consists of an input section 12 reading a process information 10 and analyzing it, operating section 14 which makes start, stop and other operations of a machine tool 20 by the process instruction of the machine operator, operating section 16 which makes processings such as moving trace analysis and speed control of the machine tool 20 by the process information from the input section 12 and the operating information from the operating section 14, control section 18 making the control instruction of machine tool by the arithmetic information and the operating information, the driving section 22 driving the machine tool by the control instruction and memory section 24 storing the read process informa- tion. Further, the process information inputted and that in the memory section are compared for analysis, and the process information correctly read in only is fed to the operating section 16. |
