PURPOSE:To strengthen insulation of a terminal lead and improve an operation efficiency by a method wherein an ultraviolet-rays-hardened substance is filled in a slot opening where the terminal lead is provided after a core is fitted to a coil, and the substance is hardened by the ultraviolet rays irradiation in a short time. CONSTITUTION:After the stator core 1 is fitted to the coil 4, ultraviolet rays hardened type resin and putty 23 are filled at a gap of a slot end at which the terminal lead 8 exists. The irradiation of the ultraviolet rays is applied to the resin and putty and hardens them in a short time to fix the terminal lead 8. By working them in said manner, the terminal lead 8 is prevented from being cut or an insulating layer is protected from damage, an also, the operations efficiency is improved without the terminal lead 8 being stretched even the same is pulled by external factors during the operations. |
