and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof wherein
(a) R is H, alkyl or aryl,
R<1> is H, alkyl, aralkyl, cycloalkyl or alkenyl,
R<2> is H, halogen or alkyl,
R<3> is H, alkyl or aralkyl, and
R<4> halogen, alkyl, hydroxy or alkoxy,
and their preparation are disclosed. Those novel compounds having antihypertensive protactin inhibiting, and anti-Parkinson activity. </p> |
