A beta0 command is outputted through a Vs command circuit 25 and Vs control circuit 26 so as to keep an equivalent voltage Vs between DC brushes constant, adds to the output of the beta0 command arithmetric circuit 23 and then, is inputted into a load side automatic pulse phase transfer device 12.
