PURPOSE:To eliminate mutual interference between motions, by coupling arms to a fixed shift and a intermediate shaft and to a drive shaft and an intermediate shaft and by connecting the fixed shaft, a rotary wheel on the drive shaft and the intermediate shaft to each other through turning force transmission media. CONSTITUTION:When a knob 19 is turned, a fixed shaft 17 and a pulley 26 are rotated to transmit torque to a screw shaft 9 through a belt 30, pulley 28, 27 a belt 29 and a pulley 25 to move the second stage 4 in a direction X. When a knob 18 is turned, torque is transmitted to a drive shaft 8 to rotate a feed screw 5 to move the first stage 3 in a direction Y. Although a screw 9 for feed in the direction X is also moved in the direction Y, arms 23, 24 are bent and the pulley 25 fixed on the drive shaft 9 is never rotated. This results in eliminating deviation in the direction X, which relates to movement in the direction Y. |
