PURPOSE:To immediately correct an integrated output to a normal value and output the same by comparing the output of a D/A converter with a delayed integrated output, if the deviation thereof is more than a fixed value holding the integrated output, increasing oscillated pulses and resetting a counter circuit to a normal state. CONSTITUTION:The output of a D/A conversion circuit 5 is delayed for a predetermined time with a primary delay circuit 6, and the output of the circuit 6 is applied to a holding amplifier 8. The integrated output is output from the amplifier 8. When the counter circuit 4 of this integrator makes malfunction on account of noise or the like, the output of the conversion circuit 5 and the integrated output from the amplifier 8 are compared in a comparator 7, and when the deviation thereof is more than a fixed value, a control signal (b) is outputted from the comparator 7. The output of the circuit 6 is interrupted by the signal (b) and the output before the malfunction is held in the amplifier 8. Further, by the signal (b), the oscillated pulses of an oscillation circuit 4 are increased to reset the output of the circuit 4 to normal and rapidly correct the abnormality of the integrated output to a normal value. |
