Methylol melamine resin soln. contg. 10 % ammonium chloride soln. was coated and permeated to styrene foams. Waste fibers or glass fibers or waste leathers were flocked to the said resin soln.-coated styrene foams, which were coated with the said resin soln. again and dried to give hard surface layer on styrene foams. Sometimes dyes or pigment could be added to the mixed soln.
