PURPOSE:To decrease measurement errors owing to spacial noncoincidence by making the respective luminous flux path lengths passing a sample cell identical to the optical path length passing a reference cell. CONSTITUTION:An incident luminous flux is directed by a mirror 33, and when it passes a cell 36 along a cell optical path 34, it goes to a cube corner type reflection mirror 37, and returns to a mirror 38. The mirror 38 leads the luminous flux in such a manner than it goes to a detector 310 along a common output optical path 38. In the simple cell optical path 34, the luminous flux enters the rotating axis of the mirrors 33 and 38 and therefore the input optical path 32 and output optical path 39 are not affected by the rotation of the mirrors. The cell optical path 34 toward the cell 36 is on the radius of a circle 30. By such a means, the spacial noncoincidence among the luminous flux paths caused by the geometrical fluctuations of the optical path is prevented. |
