PURPOSE:To smooth the work by displaying the X-ray fluoroscopic image of a sample, discriminating whether it is nondefective or defective, and announcing the defective when the sample positions in a sample exchange port. CONSTITUTION:An X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus 21 converts the X-rays transmitted through a sample 11 to an optical image. This optical image is supplied to an image memory 27, and the stored image is displayed in a video monitor 26. A timing control circuit 25 controls an image memory 27 and an X-ray shutter 23. A control part is provided to a timing controlling circuit 25, and this control part stores the defective signal of the sample 11 which is inspected in an X-ray inspecting part 20 and of which the optical image is displayed in the next position. When said sample 11 comes to a sample exchange port 16, the control part sounds a buzzer. |
