XXRAY FLUOROSCOPIC INSPECTING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To eliminate the indistinctness owing to the after-image of a system or the flow images in the accumulation time of a TV camera by storing images into a memory in the state that a sample is held stopped. CONSTITUTION:A shutter mechanism 18 closes the shutter and protects a fluoroscopic apparatus 12 from the X-ryas radiated from an X-ray generator 11 while a sample table 14 is rotating. The shutter mechanism 18 opens the shutter when the sample table 14 is held stopped and a sample 13 exists in the X-ray radiation part. The X-ray fluoroscopic image of the sample 13 is stored into an image memory 22 and is displayed in a video monitor 23.
