<p>METHOD OF REPAIRING WATER CLOSET ANCHORING TO FRACTURED CLOSET FLANGE AND SPANNER CLAMP THEREFOR The method of repairing a water closet anchoring to a fractured broken away closet flange which comprises the steps of disconnecting and disassembling the water closet from the closet flange, and assembling an arcuate slotted repair spanner clamp upon the undersurface of the closet flange spanning the fracture therein. A further step includes projecting a headed fastener up through the anchor clamp and finally reassembling the water closet over said anchor clamp and securing the same thereto. The invention further includes an improved repair spanner clamp of arcuate form adapted to underlie and span the fractured portion of a closet flange to facilitate reanchoring the water closet thereto.</p> |
