PURPOSE:To obtain a light source that receives no effect of a change of temperature and has a shaped spectrum, by securing a control for the wavelength deviation of both the radiant power output and emission spectrum. CONSTITUTION:The fluctuation of radiant power is controlled by controlling the bias current of the light source 1 at the control part 5 so that the sum of photovoltages V1 and V2 set for each monitor light is constant. For a shift of the center wavelength of the emission spectrum, a comparison is given between V1 and V2 through the comparator 4. Then the bias current of the source 1 is controlled to secure V1=V2. |
