PURPOSE:To realize a simultaneous operation for both the control by a CPU and a manual operation, by rewriting a specified bit corresponding to a control signal by a switch group and a bit control circuit of inhibiting the control given from the CPU with every bit. CONSTITUTION:A comparison is given by the coincidence circuit 71 between the scan signal and the group signal showing the group number among the signals that are decoded through the S/P (serial-parallel code) converter and test decoding circuit. Thus the coincidence signal is output and delivered to be put into the gate 72. The active/inactive which is set by the switch group is supplied previously to the gate 72, and this active/inactive signal is ON when a control is given by the CPU. Thus the gate 72 opens and the control signal is delivered to the gate 75. When a manual setting is carried out by the switch group, the gate 73 opens to pass the monitor measurement information data set by the switch group and then send the information data to the gate 75. |
