PURPOSE:To realize a transmission for the data having an emergency trouble in a small effective value of voltage, by detecting the trouble by checking whether the change component of voltage has exceeds the prescribed value or not and at the same time storing the time of detection into a memory. CONSTITUTION:The A/D converter 2 delivers the sample value, and the buffer memory 8 delivers the precedent value to sampling. The subtractor circuit 10 checks whether the value of change between the sample value and the 1-sample precedent value is larger than the prescribed value or not. If the value of change is larger than the prescribed value, the rewriting of data is started at the control circuit 5 to the memory 3. At the same time, the time of trouble detection is supplied to the memory 3 from the counter 9. When the data storage of a fixed time is over, the data of trouble is transmitted by the coder 4. |
