发明名称 RECOVERING METHOD FOR ZINC FROM ZINC DROSS BY LIQUATION
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To separate and recover Zn of high purity from Zn dross by adding a flux consisting of zinc chloride and alkali metal or alkaline earth metal chloride to semimolten Zn dross. CONSTITUTION:A flux is added to semimolten Zn dross formed in galvanizing or other process to sepatate and recover Zn in the dross at high purity. The flux is a two-component flux obtd. by adding <=80% one kind of chloride selected from alkali metal and alkaline earth metal chlorides such as NaCl, KCl, CaCl2 and BaCl2 to ZnCl2, a three-component flux obtd. by adding <=85% two kinds of chloride selected from the above-mentioned chlorides to ZnCl2, or a multicomponent flux obtd. by adding <=90% three or more kinds of chlorides selected from the above-mentioned chlorides to ZnCl2. The amount of the flux added is >=0.2% as ZnCl2 to the amount of the dross. Thus, molten Zn of high purity can be separated and recovered from Zn dross contg. Fe and Al.</p>
