PURPOSE:To make the most utilization of thermal energy by making the completely submerged direct thermal conduction constitution having a spot, wherein fuel is supplied into the water to be combusted when it is surfaced, as the principal part. CONSTITUTION:When the fuel such as gas or fuel oil is supplied from a fuel pipe 6 into the water, the fuel rises in the water to surface above the water. Then the fuel is combusted through an ignition source 4, the burning gas thereafter flows in the arrow direction to be exhausted from an outlet. And at this time in the lower position of the opening in the water of the fuel pipe 6 a diffusing pipe connecting with an air pipe 8 is prepared to jet the air foamingly, while the water in a water tank 2 is heated by said burning gas in a heat exchange unit to jet the generated steam through the pipe 5 into the water. |
