PURPOSE:To obtain signals with the frequency (odd high frequency/4) times larger than the frequency of an input signal by dividing the input signal into 4 signals whose phases are different by 90 deg. respectively, outputting these signals time-sharingly and separating the odd high frequency from these signals. CONSTITUTION:The frequency of an input signal from terminal 1 is divided into 4 by FF1 and FF2 and the 1st to the 4th signals whose phases are different by 90 deg. respectively are generated from Q and Q' terminals of FF1 and FF2 respectively. Ring counter 4 controls gate circuits S1-S4 with output signals from terminals K1-K4 on the basis of the control signal from terminal 2, time-shares the output signals of FF1 and FF2 and inputs the time-shared signals into FF3, so that the 1st the 4th signals are outputted from the Q output of FF3 to terminal 3 successively. The output signal from terminal 3 is entered into filter 5 which takes out the components of the (2n+1)th high frequency (n=1, 2...) of the signal. Thus, signals whose frequency is (2n+1)/4 times larger that of the input signal and phases are different by 90 deg. respectively are outputted from filter 5 to terminal 6. |
