PURPOSE:To lower the noises and vibrations while sawing, by dividing the wheels into outer wheel and inner wheel and placing resilient materials inbetween. CONSTITUTION:The wheel main body 47 used for the band saw consists of the inner wheel 49 and outer wheel 51, both of which are dismountable. The resilient materials 53 are placed at the contact point between the inner wheel 49 and outer wheel 51. The both wheels are clamped 55 and incorporated. The materials 57a, 57b, 57c are bordered on the inner wheel 49, outer wheel 51 and bolt 55. These materials along with the materials 53 are made of such resilient materials as urethane and/or nitril rubber in order not to conduct noises. |
