PURPOSE:To enable to perform laser working easily without any nonconforming article, by making laser working on normal working places after throwing away initial several pulses until the heat balance is obtained and beam area is stabilized. CONSTITUTION:The laser is output initially at starting point 6 of pallet 1 for processing badge made of copper, and then specified pulse laser output is output repeatedly. The laser light irradiates the depressed surface of sample room 11, but, since this depressed surface is out of the reference surface of working object 2, the energy density is smaller than the working threshold because it is disc focussed. Therefore, no working is made. That is, the laser pulse is irradiated until the solid laser rod reaches heat balance at this location. Then, the XY table is moved by index distance l1 along the Y direction, the same repeated laser pulse is irradiated on the surface of working object 2 in sample room 21, and laser working is performed. Then, working object 2 is worked successively in accordance with the movement of XY table. |
