PURPOSE:To obtain a phosphor screen which can be exposed easily while having no unevenness of color, by aligning the axial direction of a mercury lamp with the arranging direction of inline three electrons while arranging three slit openings crossing perpendicularly with said axis with same interval. CONSTITUTION:As a light source for exposing a photosensitive resin for forming a black matrix hole, the tube axis of single super high pressure mercury lamp 18 is aligned with the arranging direction of the dot trio on a phosphor screen and an exposing device having a light source fixed with a light shielding cover 19 having three slit openings perpendicular with said tube axis is employed, then the exposure of photosensitive resin films for forming the black matrix hole to be appled with three color phosphor is simultaneously performed. Consequently each hole becomes simultaneously performed. Consequently each hole becomes similar to prevent the unevenness of color due to the differential light emission of phosphor dot trio resulting in the improvement of the yield. |
