PURPOSE:To manufacture a thermo-welding wafer which can pack a material to be packed in a sealing shape by manufacturing the wafer by using raw material to which the amylases of commercial starch are added. CONSTITUTION:100pts. commercial starch is dissolved in 700-1,000pts. water, and 50-200pts. hot water is added to 5-20pts. starch not less than 50% amylose content and the starch is dissolved in the hot water. The commercial starch solution and a starch solution containing amylases are mixed, and heated at a temperature of 60-100 deg.C to dextrinize the starch, and the pasty solution is applied on a rotary drum and dried and a film is formed. A thermo-welding property can be obtained by adding the amylases to the starch. |
