摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for the characteristics of adsorption and desorption by making the magnetic reluctance rp, re1, re2, ro, rg of a permanent magnet, a yoke body, a magnetic-pole core, an adsorber and a void between the yoke body and the magnetic-pole core to be rp>>rg>>re1+re2+ro. CONSTITUTION:When a power source to exciting winding 13 is at OFF, the magnetic flux phip of a permanent magnet 11 hardly flows through a void 16 between a yoke body 15 and a magnetic-pole core 12 because the magnetic reluctance rg of the void 16 is larger than the sum re1+re2+ro of each magnetic reluctance of the yoke body 15, an adsorber 14 and the magnetic-pole core 12, and braking due to the adsorption of the adsorber 14 is conducted. Magnetic flux phie obtained by flowing currents through the exciting winding 13 is magnetic flux passing through the void 16 because the internal resistance rp of the permanent magnet 11 is brought to a condition of rp>>rg, and mutually denies with the magnetic flux phip of the permanent magnet 11, and the adsorption working of the adsorber 14 is denied. A spring for releasing braking is not needed in this invertion, and a secular change of adsorption and desorption does not happen.</p>
