<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate operations to change various type of additives and to clean a line and to improve an efficiency for multiquality and less amount production, by a method wherein a main line for base polymer is divided into two systems for sublines and different additives are poured into their respective sublines. CONSTITUTION:A main line 4 for base polymer is divided into two systems for sublines 1 and 2. Switching from the first subline 1 where an additive A is used to the second subline 2 where an additive B is used starts in a condition that an introducing valve 11 first opens and an introducing valve 21 closes. The introducing valve 21 and a pouring port 22 for the additive B are opened slowly, and the additive B is poured into the base polymer flowing out to the second subline 2. They are mixed well by means of a stationary type mixer 24, and the mixture is bled through a die 25. Then, after the introducing valve 21 and the pouring valve 22 are opened to the maximum capacity, the introducing valve 11 of the first subline and the pouring valve 21 for the additive A are closed. Lastly, the first subline is removed for washing.</p> |
