<p>The tool arrangement is for continuously operating extending machines for extruding one or several steel tubes. The extruding slide (1) is separate from the tensioning tools and accepts several tensioning tool units in cassette form. For a single draw, there is a casette pick up in the middle of the slide (1) and for multiple draws, the cassette pick-ups are symmetrically arranged from the middle. Pref. the extruding slide is provided with a control member which connects with a coupling on the slide when the tool is positioned.</p> |
