The mooring consists of a tube (6) connected to the vessel hinges (12) onto the frame (8). The opposite end of the mooring arm is connected to a cylindrical part (2) anchored by chains (3). The ends of the arm are in contact with the post through tyred rollers (11). The rollers are mounted in pairs through a common axis joined to a central radial bracket. The outside of the post is surrounded by a belt (23) on which the rollers may run. The belt is located in side flanges.
