PURPOSE:To detect the charged ink particle correctly in stable by a method wherein metallic wires stretched on the flying path of the charged ink particle are connected to integral circuits. CONSTITUTION:A gutter 24 is provided behind a recording paper 11 and a plurality of the metallic wires 6a1 are stretched in the gutter 24 through insulating materials. The respective wires 6a1 are connected with the respective integral circuit 231-233. When the charged ink particle impacts the wires 6a1, the wire 6a1 detects it, the output voltage of the integral circuit 231 is risen, a differential amplifier 261 becomes one (1), a flip-flop 28h is reset and a deflecting amount regulation is brought into a finished condition. If the charged ink particle is missing a predetermined track, a counter 28d makes an up-count or a down-count and thereby correcting the track thereof by changing a gain of a level regulating circuit 27. |
