PURPOSE:To titled mechanism, designed to give a high-quality fancy twisted yarn of high product value, in which a gap between a yarn path and a spindle and a gap between the spindle and a twisting tube are reduced to avoid the bad influence by an air flow. CONSTITUTION:A hollow spindle 8 with a bobbin is placed above a twisting tube 14, which is brought near the bottom of the spindle 8 or inserted in an inner cavity 13 at the bottom end of the spindle 8. A false twisted yarn formed by intertwining the first yarn (a) with the second yarn (b) to form a loop or beard is immediately wrapped in the third yarn (f) to form a fancy twisted yarn. According to the mechanism, the loosening of the yarn due to the air flow by the ventilation in the factory is not caused, and the position of the loop or beard will not be shifted even on friction with the twisting tube 14. |
