PURPOSE:To improve the dispersibility, wear resistance and heat resistance of magnetic powder, by using a binder consisting of a specific ternary copolymer, acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer and trifunctional low-molecular weight isocyanate. CONSTITUTION:A binder is composed of a copolymer of 200-600 polymerization degree consisting of 70-80wt% vinyl chloride, 1-25wt% vinyl propionate and 5-20wt% vinyl alcohol, a mixture of acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer of >= and <10,000 molecular weight, and trifunctional low-molecular weight isocyanate. |
