PURPOSE:To improve the dispersibility, wear resistance and heat resistance of magnetic powder, by forming a magnetic layer which contains as a binder a specific ternary copolymer, epoxy resin and trifunctional low-molecular weight isocyanate. CONSTITUTION:A copolymer of 200-600 polymerization degree consisting of 70-80wt% vinyl chloride, 1-25wt% vinyl propionate and 5-20wt% vinyl alcohol, bisphenol or novolak type epoxy resin and trifunctional low-molecular weight isocyanate are used as binder components to disperse magnetic powder, thereby forming a magnetic layer. |
