The implement is used to dye or bleach tufts of hair, for instance to give a streaky effect to the hair. It consists of a tubular section (1) which is sealed at one end (2). The opposite end is joined to a container (3) made of flexible material and which is filled with the dye. The tubular section (1) has several rows of radial teeth (4) which are spaced apart and have holes (5) between them. The size and arrangement of the teeth are as required.
