<p>The rebate chamber and grooved profiles (3,4) for elastic sealing profiles, together with outward open apertures leading to advance chambers are incorporated in frame-held covering profile pieces, of metal or plastics, on windows or glazed doors with multi-pane glazing. Spaced slits in chamber type areas covering the fixed frame parts (10,11) or pane edges, are located in shanks parallel to the panes, aligned horizontally at the bottom and vertically to the panes, with downward-protruding covering hood pieces (7), if appropriate. The slits are linked, by flow passage cross-sections, offset from them, to the rebate chambers (16,20). Ventilation is provided by a simple system without spoiling the appearance of the window and can be fitted to an existing structure.</p> |
