<p>The material-compacting mechanism is for a concrete block-producing machine, the block moulds being secured via springs to a support such as a wooden board. A loading device is raised and lowered above the moulds, while below the support is a vibrator with unbalanced motors. The vibrator (11-14) is adjustable for height by a lifting mechanism, and the supporting board (2) for the moulds (2) can be similarly adjustable, the mechanism comprising eccentric shafts (15), pairs of bevel gears, two intermediate shafts and a motor. The speed of the unbalanced motors can be adjustable over a wide range by means of a converter.</p> |
