<p>The hydraulic cleaning and descaling equipment is for rolled material, particularly ingots, of varying cross-sections, as they travel along a conveyor, having lengths of pipe forming beams accommodating the spray nozzles, the uppermost one being adjustable in relation to the surface of the ingot. The beams(2,3,4,5) are mounted in pairs in vertical planes, parallel to and offset from each other in the travel direction, so as to cover all surfaces of the ingot(W). One beam at least in each pair is adjustable in relation to the ingot in its respective vertical plane, so as to maintain the ideal spray distance from its surface.</p> |
