PURPOSE:To make a magnetic member not to have the coil fixing action in the slots of stator of the electric rotary machine and to elevate and efficiency by a method wherein plate type magnetic members are equipped in the opening parts of slots at the center part of axial direction, and coil fixing insulating wedges are equipped at the both end parts. CONSTITUTION:The narrow paper tablet type magnetic member 7 having the length C shorter than the length A of the slot is equipped on the upper face of an upper coil 5 at the center part of axial direction in the slot, and the outest insulating layer is formed at the circumference and is fixed. After the upper coil 5 is equipped in the core slot 2, the insulating wedges 11 to fix the coil are inserted at the both end parts of slot opening part, and wholly impregnating insulating process is performed and is made to be hardened. Accordingly, because to use the magnetic material 7 concurrently for the coil fixing action becomes needless, so that a magnetic material having a superior characteristic can be used althrough the strength is low, and the elevation of efficiency can be attempted. |
