Prefabricated plastics drain odour lock - has sealed lid closure for sloping plunger wall above sloping damming wall

A housing unit, with top inflow and side outflow, has a damming wall running out from the bottom, preceded by a plunger wall, to provide an odour seal, in a drain made of plastics. The two walling pieces, and the upper part (7) of the housing (1) associated with them, are inclined at the same angle to the bottom (4) of the housing. The bottom edge (8) of the plunger wall (6) is aligned vertically to the bottom. The area between this wall and the housing is closed by a lid (9), sealed all round, and sited at an interval above the damming wall (5). This can be easily prefabricated from plastics, and needs no sealing surfaces below the anticipated water level.
