Agricultural seed drill with disc coulters - has pivoted skins mounted on vertically displaceable supports beside rotating discs

The agricultural drill comprises disc coulters which are journalled to rotate on supports that are arranged to be displaceable in a vertical plane. The individual discs are set at an acute angle to the direction of travel. The supports have pivoted runners or skids which extend close to the outside of the individual discs and the sliding surface of the skids is located above the depth of penetration in the soil provided for the discs. Each runner or skid has a part inclined forwardly and upwardly and extending above the disc blades in the direction of travel. This part is arranged unilaterally and detachably on the supports of the discs.
