PURPOSE:To prevent sticking of concentrate on the bottom, discharge part and other parts of the device by punching a discharge port of concentrate to the bottom of the body of the evaporating device and suspending a cylindrical nizzle of a diameter larger than the discharge port to the outer side of the discharge port in a manner as to encircle the discharge port. CONSTITUTION:The raw liquid charged from a raw liquid feed port 9 into an evaporating device body 1 is forcefully stirred by rotary vanes 5 and assumes the form of this films. The raw liquid transferred to the discharge port 2 side is dehydrated and concentrated by heating during transferring, and goes continuously to the discharge port 2. Concentrate 7 is discharged in the resultant force direction of the centrifugal force by the rotation of the rotary vanes 5 and gravity from the discharge port 2 but since the diameter of the nozzle 3 is made larger than the diameter of the discharge port 2, the concentrate 7 discharged from the discharge port 2 falls by gravity in the nozzle 3 without sticking and stagnating to the inside wall surface of the nozzle 3, and is continuously supplied to the next process. |
