PURPOSE:To prevent a corrosion of two metal plates by a method wherein the upper and lower metal plates ar attached with each other by adhesives and a thermo medium passage is formed therebetween. CONSTITUTION:Adhesives 3 is coated on one surface of one of two metal plates 1 and 1 cut to a desired size in such a manner as it may be made along the thermomedium passage 2, two metal plates 1 and 1 are adhered with each other, and fixed through the pressing rollers while being dried. The metal plates 1 are held by the wooden dies 5, either one of the inlet or outlet (not shown) ports of the thermomedium passage 2 is clogged, water or compressed air is blown into the dies from the other port, then the thermomedium passage 2 is bulged out by the pressure of compressed air. Then, the welding operation may not heat the component element, an efficiency of heat collection produced under a heating operation may not be decreased, no clearance may be formed between a connected part and the passage 2, so that it is possible to eliminate an occurance of corrosion. |
