PURPOSE:To feed frames of different kinds in a reduced time for shifting the tip of a feeding pawl by making the tip of the pawl occupy a position fitted for a required pin space only by rotation of the pawl. CONSTITUTION:The tips 21 and 22 of the feeding pawl 2a are designated for a 14 pin frame 1a and a 16 pin frame 1b, respectively, and a distance C between them is equal to the difference in the respective distances from outer edges of frames of two kinds to the center line of the pin space parallel to the former. For feeding the frame 1a, the tip 21 on the pawl is inserted into the corresponding pin space, while, for feeding the frame 1b, the pawl is rotated and the tip 22 is utilized. By this constitution, the shifting of the tips of the pawl is performed rapidly and thereby the efficiency of working is improved. |
