PURPOSE:To increase a differential pressure between the right and left and to increase a deflection angle width, by a method wherein connection ports to the air are opened and closed alternately by means of closing plates for the connection ports to the air, and fluid is fed in synchronism with said action. CONSTITUTION:Feed connection ports 18R and 18L are mounted between an upstream flow path 1 and control ports 3R and 3L, and the feed connection ports 18R and 18L are designated to open and close to the displacement of transmission members 13R and 13L. When a connection port 9L to the air for control is closed, the feed connection port 18R is released through the displacement of the transmission member 13R, the inside of a control port 3R becomes an atomospheric pressure, meanwhile, the inside of a control port 3L becomes a negative pressure. This increases a differential pressure between the right and left control ports 3R and 3L, whereby, through the rotation of a closing plate 10' for connection port to the air, an efficient swing action is performed in a condition to keep a proportion property, and an air-conditioning range is enlarged. |
