<p>PURPOSE:To utilize a desulphurizing material effectively and to make the disposal of the desulphurizing material harmless by a method wherein a means to crush the desulphurizing material and a means to supply the crushed desulphurizing material to the oxidizing section of a reproducing furnace are provided. CONSTITUTION:The desulphurizing material is supplied into the fluidized bed combustion furnace 1 from a desulphurizing material supplying line 8 and a desulphurizing material transferring line 12, and SOX produced by combustion is absorbed into the desulphurizing material. A part of the desulphurizing material which aborbed the SOX is floated in exhaust gas and is entered into a dust collector 3 after it is discharged from a flue 2 while the remained part of the desulphurizing material is entered into a reducing section 10a through a desulphurizing material transferring line 11 and releases the SOX, thereafter, is returned into the combustion furnace again. On the other hand, the desulphurizing material in the dust collector 3 is separated from the exhaust gas and is supplied into a crushing device 29. A part of the desulphurizing material which absorbed the SOX in the fluidized bed combustion furnace 1 is comminuted after being sent into a discharging and crushing device 29 and is sent into an oxidizing section 10b to absorb the SOX with an unreacted part came out to the surface thereof by the comminuting. Then, since the unreacted part is not existing, the disposal of the comminuted desulphurizing material becomes harmless.</p> |
