PURPOSE:To realize high-performance data compression to improve transmission efficiency, by coding into FAX code a new binary signal sequence, which consists of a substitutional signal and a signal in the region which is not recognized by the recognition function, by the redundancy suppression coding system to transmit this sequence. CONSTITUTION:The binary signal of total face of the original stored in file memory 2 is coded by pattern code generating part 8 or Fax code generating part 3 and is stored in buffer memory 4. When storage into buffer memory 4 is completed, control part 9 generates the transmission request to the receiving machine side. Storage data 1h of buffer memory 4 is read out by clock 1i and is transmitted to the transmission line through modulator 5. When all data stored in buffer memory 4 are transmitted, a series of operations concerning transmission of one sheet of original content is completed. |
