PURPOSE:To prepare a sheet-formed laver food having well-harmonized crispy feeling of laver sheet and the taste and flavor of food and suitable as tidbit, snack, etc., by preparing a solid food layer containing oils and fats and adjusted to low water-content and attaching a laver sheet to the food layer. CONSTITUTION:A solid food such as NATTO (fermented soybean), Welsh onion, chicken's egg, animal meat, fish meat or shells is freeze-dried and finely crushed to >=9 mesh. The finely crushed solid food is mixed to oils and fats in an amount of about 15-50wt.% (based on the oils, etc.,), adjusted to a water-content of <=7wt.% and formed to a thin layer of about <=5mm thick. Laver sheet is attached to one or both faces of the thin layer. |
