<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a steel plate from being damaged during moving, handling or forming by coating the finished surface of a thin steel plate with a separable film before roll forming. CONSTITUTION:The finished surface of a thin steel plate P is coated, e.g., between rolls, with a film S of separability, desirably, a film coated or impregnated with a pressure sensitive adhesive or an electrostatic film (e.g., paper, vinylidene chloride- vinyl chloride copolymer or the like), while the steel plate P is roll-formed. In addition, the surface opposite to the finished surface may be coated with, e.g., an antirust film A or the like.</p> |
