PURPOSE:To reduce molding time and prevent unevenness of vulcanization on the surface and in the interior of moldings by heating the plasticized fluid substance in the narrow passage connecting an injecting machine and a mold to the temperature equal to that of the mold by using electric resistance heating elements of large contact heating surface areas. CONSTITUTION:The plasticized raw rubber 3 is stored in front of a screw shaft 2 and moved forward under pressure through a nozzle 5 one shot by one shot in accordance with the injection instruction. Molds 6 and 7 between which a space 8 is formed by clamping molds are kept at a vulcanizing temperature by the fluid in a heating medium passage 9a or the like. In a heating passage 10, thin plate-shaped electric resistance heating elements 13 and 13' are placed through heat resisting electrically insulated layers 14 and 14', and a power is applied to the heating elements 13 and 13' from a variable power source while the raw material is fluidized in accordance with its intermittent flow.
