PURPOSE:To reduce the burden of the main operation control part by providing the operation control part for controlling itself and the gain monitor part on the peripheral circuit part of the adjustment control device. CONSTITUTION:The operation control part 12 which is provided on the peripheral circuit part 12 and controls itself outputs a prescribed signal to the analog input circuit 13, the sample holding circuit 15, the A/D converter 16, etc. for respectively processing a signal which is input through the analog circuit 11. Also, said control part 12 executes interpretation of a command transmitted from the main operation control part 19, transmission control of a data which has been A/D-converted, to the main operation control part 19, and so on. Also, the gain supervisory part consisting of the switch 21 and the reference voltage generator 22 is controlled by the operation control part 20, and corrects the gain of the sample holding circuit 15 and the A/D converter 16. In this way, the burden of the main operation control part 19 can be reduced. |
