Insecticidal, nematocidal or acaricidal, chemically stable formulations in the form of granules or powders which contain, as active ingredient, phosphoric, thiophosphoric or dithiophosphoric esters, and, as a carrier, a solid material composed of absorbant particles or powder, are characterised in that an adduct or an adduct mixture from the class of the optionally polyethoxylated amines is used as stabiliser, the formulation being composed of: A) active ingredient 1 to 50% by weight B) stabiliser 1 to 4% by weight C) solid carrier to 100% by weight.
