PURPOSE:To eliminate the special program and process time, by converting several analog signals into the digital signals repetitively and in a certain time cycle and then storing these digital signals into a memory. CONSTITUTION:The multiplexer element 1 selects the analog signal corresponding to the multiplexer selection signal 8, e.g., A1 and then holds the signal to the sample holding element 2 to be then converted into the digital signal D1 through the A/D converter 3. With the end of the A/D conversion, the sampling is started for the new analog signal A2. At the same time, the first digital signal D1 is sent to the memory 19 to be stored in the address which is decided by the memory address counter 30. After this, the digital signals D2 and D3 of the analog signals A2 and A3 which are selected successively and in the same way are stored in the memory successively. On the other hand, when the processor 20 reads the data, a connection is secured for each system bus to give an access to the memory 19. Thus the designated digital signal is read out immediately. |
